Predictable pricing, agreed before you sign anything.
No hourly surprises and no invoices that spike in a bad month. You'll know what IT costs each month, and what a project costs before it starts.
One flat monthly fee
Managed IT is priced as a flat monthly fee based on the number of people and devices we support. That fee covers day-to-day support, monitoring, maintenance, and the security tools that protect your business.
The fee doesn't change because you had a bad week. If three laptops fail, someone clicks a phishing link, or a new hire needs setting up, it's covered.
That's deliberate. When you're billed by the hour, calling for help costs money, so people stop calling, and small problems quietly become big ones.
What's quoted separately
A flat fee only means something if you know what sits outside it. These are always quoted and approved before any work starts.
Hardware & software
Computers, firewalls, servers, and licenses you own. We source them at fair prices and never mark up in the dark.
Projects
Migrations, office moves, and new system rollouts are quoted separately at a fixed price.
Third-party failures
Work caused by another vendor's outage or application problem, where we act on your behalf.
After-hours project work
Scheduled work you ask us to perform outside business hours to avoid disrupting your team.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Projects are quoted as a fixed scope for a fixed price. Before work begins you'll have it in writing: what's included, what isn't, what it costs, and how long it will take.
If something changes mid-project, we discuss it and agree in writing before spending your money. You should never open an invoice and find a surprise.
Engineering & ProjectsWhat affects your price
How many people
The number of staff who need support, onboarding, and protection.
How many systems
Servers, workstations, and network equipment we're responsible for.
What you need secured
From essential protection to the controls your clients, insurers, or regulators require.
How we work together
Whether we run your IT completely or work alongside your internal team.
We're not the cheapest option, and that's on purpose.
There's always someone willing to charge less by monitoring less, skipping backups, or answering the phone only when it's convenient.
Our pricing assumes your business can't afford to lose a week to ransomware or a failed server. If the lowest possible monthly number is what matters most, we're probably not the right fit, and we'll tell you that early rather than waste your time.
